Best experience I've ever had with a vets office. From the receptionist, nurse & doc they were all very well mannered and had fantastic bed-side manners. I am an out-of-towner & my local vet office staff is always rude ah, when u r trying to ask questions...So I called GV and was sold by how pleasant the receptionist spoke to me. Decent pricing. Dr Hanna was very good & I can tell she has a kind heart n loves her job! Decent size waiting room, was clean & didn't smell like a bunch of animals like my local offices do. Cats must be in a carrier & dogs must be on a leash.

At least twice they have gotten me in on urgent, non-emergency matters. Once early the next day and the other the same day. They are great with my 2 dogs. The Dr had to give me some bad news. She did it with grace amd compassion. She didn't try to push unnecessary tests or meds. Just what was necessary to bring my older dog comfort. I live in Hillsboro now so I stopped going there for their regular checkups but I am going to make the drive because how wonderful they are.

Very nice and caring help talk me through a very difficult situation I appreciate how great they treated my Alaska today. Thanks for everything I'll definitely be using them from now on
