Greenfield Family Dentistry

Very bad customer service the front desk girl is a complete smart elic rude jurk. We were trying to make an appointment and she kept trying to hustle us to stay when we told her we were just there to make an appointment.. really pushy & very fast paced like she's on drugs or something.. she's on a very high horse & needs humbled. We were a new family to the area.. a very large family, but o,well didn't need our business i guess. Find a nicer front desk girl if you want to be more successful.

The receptionist is extremely unprofessional and rude! canceled an appointment then proceeded with an extremely rude tone to say that my friends husband is a “grown man and can make his own appointments” she was trying to make an appointment because his tooth broke and he’s in a lot of pain and unable to speak very well. He works late hours as a contractor and cant exactly call while on a roof but hey thats fine right? Hes a grown man. Lol 0/10 maybe get a better receptionist and you guys wouldn’t have so many complaints on here about her. She’s definitely not in the right position if thats how she wakes up and chooses to deal with patients as a “grown adult”

Receptionist is beyond rude, it’s insane. If you ask her basic questions she answers back like you’re the dumbest person on earth.

As you can tell from the many comments about the receptionist she is horrible and you would think by now she would be a little nicer when speaking with patients but obviously not incredibly disrespectful and very unprofessional they use profanity you would think the dentist that worked hard for his degree would have some sort of professionalism but he doesn't care and should fire the receptionist before he loses his practice!!!

I’ve been debating on what to say about this place but I have had a terrible experience here with the women upfront this women is incredibly rude and she is going to get the dentist’s business shut down they are not a good duo you hear them arguing in front of patients this is totally unacceptable I would have expected so much more professionalism from a place like this I will never be coming back
