The owner is always kind. His craft is so appreciated. He has fixed everything from leather bags to Teva sandals for me. He even fixed waders. I recommend this business!

So I call ahead and ask if I can send my friend in to get his foot properly sized. Guy says “for sure send him in”. My friend goes in and the guy that helps him does literally no measurements of any sort. Just asked him what size he buys now, then trys to sell him a pair of shoes and a pair of insoles. My friend has foot and heel pain but can’t afford the proper footwear. So I was buying him shoes for his birthday. I needed actual information and was told that it wouldn’t be a problem to get. Very disappointed with this interaction. I mean a cobbler who sells orthotics! Who better to ask. Instead I got the equivalent of a foot locker sales rep smh.

Wonderful craftsmen coming from this shop!! Definitely recommend for any shoes or leather working!! Will return with future repairs or alterations

I’m so happy I bought my handbags here! I’ve got a couple of beautiful leather handbags, and unfortunately the straps had worn out and broke. I wasn’t sure they could be repaired, but not only were they repaired, this gentleman did a wonderful job! One bag is particularly heavy so he reinforced the straps in addition to repairing it. The other bag had two zipper pulls that had come off. He put new zipper pulls on it and fixed the strap. His work on the repair looks better than the original construction so I’m super impressed! If I have any other repairs needed for my bags, shoes, or other leather pieces I won’t hesitate to bring them here. The quality of the work is superb, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the repairs were. Thank you so much!

We drove 45 minutes to have him fix a suitcase for us, no one around us was willing to do it. The zipper was broken, missing teeth etc…. But without hesitation he took it and did an amazing job fixing it! Can’t say enough positive things about the shop. Customer service was amazing. Very pleasant experience all n all! Will absolutely use the shop in the future if/when needed!
