Greenfield Pharmacy

⭐ 1 star – Worst pharmacy ever They gave me the wrong pills twice, argued with me when I pointed it out, shorted me on the third try, and the pharmacist was rude the whole time. Cashier tried to sell me expensive junk while I was mad. Took over two hours for a simple refill. Parking lot is a nightmare too. Do not go here. They don’t care and they’re bad at their job. Go anywhere else.

Stay away!! For 25 years I use that pharmacy was good but for the last year it got so bad that I decided to make review. Over this year I had few horrible situations with their pharmacist - gave not mixed medication to my child (that put its life to danger- we only end up ok because I always research everything that prescribed and double check online) they apologized and came to my home to mix it. Then it ended up up just constant bad service and last is they got now new pharmacist who doesn’t even know anything about medications he is giving me and instead of answering questions he will search information on the bottle and insulting me in front of my child for speaking to her in our language. Rude, disrespectful and bad service

Horrible pharmacy the manager or whoever he is with the hair could care less about helping patients but would rather send them from one place to another when all I needed was an over the counter item that they actually had .. would not recommend he’s very rude and the pharmacy is dirty I saw cockroaches just left everywhere

Proximal to this pharmacy is another, larger chain drugstore. There, people are followed by security but ignored by the sales associates. There, the shelves are both never stocked with what you need and somehow, always too full. Greenfield is something far better. I'm grateful to still have access to a pharmacy where regular customers are treated with kindness, the shelves are stocked and the team is knowledgable. We only keep our small businesses because we SUPPORT them. So, support this one.

Greenfield is one of the best pharmacy I ever had and it has been over 20 years I've been going to this pharmacy, and still to this day I go there, they have never let me down, there a excellent pharmacy. Never had a problem with the staff or getting my medicine. There a family pharmacy.
