I’ve gone to this dentist twice now, and have only great experiences. Everyone there is very friendly and thorough. They took their time listening and answering all my questions and concerns. They were very careful and gentle, making sure I’m comfortable by communicating what was going on, guiding me through the visit, and would make sure I’m alright by checking in on me and asking if there is any discomfort. Very gentle and caring dentists. I appreciate the amount of communication, I’ve been to countless dentists that hardly say a word, and just take over and leave. That can be very stressful for some people who are uncomfortable going to dentists. But my experience here was so different from my previous dentists, it was not like that at all. I’m a real person and real patient of this practice. I needed a bridge. It was reasonable but with my less than wonderful insurance, it was expensive. I’d had crowns before but nothing as significant as a bridge. I was worried and nervous and so I had a lot of questions. It requires a couple visits to complete. Dr. Josh and his staff were patient, kind, supportive, thoughtful, and thorough in answering all questions, explaining options, timelines, and strategies. I’m incredibly grateful for their care and the bridge itself is wonderful. Their work consists of an amazing amount of skill and craftsmanship and they made it seem simple. Certainly impressive work. 11/20/24 update - due to a missed piece from one of the root canals i received from this dentist, I now have an infection in my tooth and i have to see a specialist and pay almost 2k to fix what they messed up. BEWARE. TL;DR - Don't go here. They promised me 2 days on my flipper and it took over a month, I had to be toothless for my daughter’s 1st birthday party. And when I got my new tooth it was the complete opposite of what I wanted. I do not suggest this dentist. I went to them for 3 years, since 2018. I always thought they had the best interest for me. After my last appointment I vowed never to go back. I have had a few issues with this dentist, but this one takes the cake. It was fast and easy to schedule an appointment. The staff was very helpful in getting me what I needed and spent a lot of time with me on the phone helping me with treatment needs and answering questions. They are friendly, trustworthy people who care about their patients. The dentist was good and didn't cause pain when he numbed me. I think overall this is a great choice and I would definitely give them a try!
