Greene Neurological & Medical Consulting

I am writing this using an anonymous email for privacy reasons – but this is a real review based on real experiences I had with Dr. Greene. After being waitlisted by several neurologists, I was referred to Dr. Greene because she is 'cash only' and could see me immediately. I wanted to see someone urgently since some of my epilepsy symptoms were resurfacing. The first video call was incredibly uncomfortable and I'm embarrassed to say I cried through almost the entire experience… And I am typically not an emotional person. As mentioned by one of the other reviewers, her bedside manner is extremely poor. She began the virtual visit grilling me with questions without even attempting to build any rapport, then proceeded to treat me like I was out of line if I could not recall an exact detail f

I went to see Dr. Greene for problems I was having with my neurological system. This was the most informative visit that I ever had with a Neurologist. She is very thorough and informative. Dr. Greene talked with me at lengths and was so prepared for my visit with her knowledge and my past medical history. I really was happy with my visit, Thanks Dr. Greene and your team!

I was referred to Dr. Greene months after a head-on collision and an inability for other doctors to find a solution for headaches, dizziness, and cognitive issues. Dr. Greene is the utmost professional with such a lovely personal touch. She recommended me to a physical therapy facility where my dizziness was "cured" on my first visit. With Dr. Greene's suggestions/treatment and the physical therapy...I finally am able to see some forward progress and possess some hope for eventually getting back to some semblance of "normalcy" in my life. I can't ever thank Dr. Greene enough for her compassion and assistance and expertise. She is simply amazing!

Today was my first appointment with the neurologist, and I was genuinely looking forward to the visit. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment due to the doctor’s poor bedside manner. From the moment our conversation began, her tone was short, dismissive, and, frankly, rude. I was there because of a concussion and had hoped for compassion, guidance, and clarity. Instead, I felt like I was frustrating her just by asking questions. At one point, I even asked if I was upsetting her because her demeanor was so off-putting. Dr. Greene is a wonderful neurologist! She helped me feel like my normal self after my car accident. She provided me so many different solutions and options to make sure that I got what I needed.I am thankful for all that she does!
