My mother had an appointment with her optometrist , which was pre scheduled we arrived 20 min prior to our appointment and was told to wait in lobby. We walked in so see a long line of patients and were told to stay at end of line because we arrived too early for our appointment the front desk staff was very very rude and unprofessional no manners or respect of elderly patients especially when I informed her my mother had Covid and a hard time standing

I visited 3 different departments on different floors and everyone was friendly and professional. My doctor, nurses, receptionists, and technicians were all plesent and welcoming. I've recommended Montefiore to my wife and other family members because of this experience last week.

My elderly parents come here for appointments and it makes it hard and more costly when we come with our own car and have to pay for parking. Plus the workers are less cheerful and welcoming. When we go to Montefiore's Waters place location it's way better, we are not forced to pay for parking and employees are so sweet,helpful and welcoming. Total difference you will notice.

I have been going to see Dr. Koors for over 20 years. She has been treating my sons and I Love Dr. Koors and the staff. They have always been supportive, professional, attentive and most especially caring. I am thankful for them.

I am at the place and am told I have to wait downstairs. This is fine except I sit down and realize the person next to me is not wearing his mask on his face. I ask him to put his mask on. He says "not today". I go to Security and tell them. Security shakes his head and does nothing. His feet don't move. Is this the procedure in a medical building now? Is this how Montifiore protects us? Deeply disappointed and disgusted.
