I had a very unprofessional experience with this office doctor. I confirmed my appointment three separate times to make sure everything was set, including what my payment would be. However, no one discussed any changes in cost until after I was already numbed and in the chair for a major procedure. At that point, they told me the procedure would cost triple - what I was originally told. Trying to advocate for myself with my whole mouth numbed was absolutely ridiculous. This situation made me feel blindsided and uncomfortable, as those kinds of discussions should happen before treatment begins. Communication and transparency are extremely important, and unfortunately, that was lacking in my experience here.

Dr Ward was horrible. Not enough anesthesia and when I cried out in pain he told me to shut up. Performed a root canal before getting authorized by my insurance. Now he's expecting me to pay it

Most of my visits to the dentist is filled with apprehension and fear. The minute I stepped in the office my fears disappeared. The staff was professional, patient , friendly and I was immediately at ease. Throughout my visit, I felt comfortable. Most of all everything that was done was pain free for me and I’m so happy with the results. I look forward to completing my plan here. A big thank you to the entire staff. A very Happy Patient.
