Worse decision ever!!! Don't go here ever. Run!!! My teeth were good except two fillings getting bad so they put on a crown on the top and bottom. I had a temp on for three weeks. Way to long. Poor material when they put them on, they even dropped one on the floor. I had horrible pain and explained this several times. All they did was file it down and send me to the endo for a root canal. Her and where I went for a second opinion said there was a food trap and infection and they had to be replaced. Even with paperwork stating this they refused, yelled at me and had me leave. I ended up with the top one pulled by another dentist because the pain was so severe. I went through several years of horrible pain, a bridge root canal and ends up more teeth pulled. Don’t know anything about the doctors, they could be great for all I know, but tried to get into this place for about a month, and the people who called us were rude. Asked multiple times for insurance (which was given 3 times, in paper form and over the phone), and cancelled on us TWO TIMES the DAY OF each appointment when both were booked about a week in advance. Went into the office one time and was turned away at the door when there was an appointment made. No warning or anything. Ya’ll need to book better.

Very unprofessional front desk. I'm 10 years customer with my family. I have family plan. I ask for a treatment, my dentist refused but Daytona branch did the same treatment last time. I understand and respect but Port Orange should give me other doctor option who is comfortable to redoing my treatment. I'm asking simple filling, she said I can't get it without crown. I'm very unhappy. Now I need to go far branch or another Dentist Office. Disappointed!

Do yourself a favor: Go to one of the many reputable dental offices in the area and avoid Greenberg and their unethical practices at all costs! This dental office did such a terrible job putting a crown on my husband's tooth that it ended up having to be pulled. To make up for it, they offered to apply $1,000 of the amount paid for the crown to an implant. At his last appointment, he made the final payment and verified that it was paid in full. Today when he went in for the final appointment to set the implant, they insisted that the $1,000 had never been discounted and was now due, then hid him in a back room to wait for the dentist who never arrived. The staff is nice, however there is very little follow-up for new patients to see how they are doing with the orthotics , and there is absolutely no one who answers the phone at the Port Orange location. Communication is essential.
