Hi, I just went in for my annual cleaning. The dentist and DA, Saudia, were very friendly and receptive. They answered all of my concerns I had about chronic bad breath, gum sensitivity, cavities, etc. Not only they were attentive, but they also gave valuable product suggestions that I can buy for affordable prices. This was a warm atmosphere and one worth going to again. This was my third trip and wont be my last by the grace of God.

I have been going to the Greenberge Dental & Orthodontist Oviedo Office since 2017. Personally, I can say this is one of the best dental offices I've ever visited. The staff are professional and courteous whenever I schedule my appointments. The hygienist is always doing excellent job for my routine cleanings. Especially Dr.Faye Tran is very gentle and knowledgeable. She is always very patient in answering all of my concerned questions before and after the exams If you're looking for a dental office in the Oviedo, I would highly recommend this professional Office . Once again, special thanks to Dr.Faye Tran and her professional staff.

I brought my 5 1/2 year old son here for a consult regarding a cavity. I was told they had a pediatric dentist, with whom we did end up consulting with in August. They booked the filing out to October. We got a VM less than 24 hours prior to the appt to say “there’s a new dentist and it will be another consult to which he would decide if he will do the filling.” That alone was frustrating, but then the Dentist tells me “my policy is that parents must wait in the waiting room”. I thought what an extremely odd rule to have when my child is 5. Less than 5 minutes later he tells me that my son won’t move his hand from covering his mouth and he won’t be doing the filling, that I needed to go somewhere to sedate him. It was all incredibly odd to me- he clearly has zero experience with children.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent decline in service and customer care at your facility. Over the past several months, I have noticed a significant decrease in professionalism and reliability, which has now directly impacted my family’s dental care. I had scheduled both of my children for appointments on August 29th at 10:30 AM—my 13-year-old son with the general dentist and my younger daughter with the pediatric dentist. This morning, when I called to confirm, I was first told that the office would be closed that day. After questioning further, I was informed instead that the general dentist would be unavailable. If you enjoy getting crown's or root canal's where the actual cap will fall off in a handful of years, THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Stay away...I have had TWO cap's fall off in less than 5 years. Total garbage.
