I had a great visit with Dr. Cannon and the team! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was amazing—friendly, organized, and very knowledgeable. They helped me understand my insurance and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I was also impressed with how prompt and efficient everything was; I was seen quickly and the visit moved smoothly without feeling rushed. Overall, a very positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend Dr. Cannon’s office to anyone looking for a dentist.

I am switching dentists. The San Pablo location called me to cancel my appointment today, only 3 business days before my scheduled appointment. This appointment has been scheduled several months ago. I had to get off work early and miss some pay for nothing. The woman who answered the phone said the doctor will be at a different location today so that is why they had to cancel. I told her they should have given me at least 2 weeks notice. My kids have gone to 3 different Greenberg offices and we have always had issues with the office staff calling last minute to reschedule. This is a huge inconvenience and affects my pay since I have to get off early just to get to appointments. I will find a new dentist. I've been putting up with their incompetence for too many years.

I have been going here at San Pablo and Beach for a long time. Cleanings, check ups, etc. They have all been great ! But I would like to Thank Dr Connor, newest dentist to this office, who genuinely cared enough when I asked about a front tooth that was discolored and had a small crack. He replied " I can fix that" ..Well the following week I went in and he did a terrific job and I am so overwhelmed with the results. I can smile now with confidence. Everyone was so wonderful! I just received new insurance and Tara from the front desk helped me figure out the next steps. The woman who did my x-rays was so kind and gentle. The dentist was very professional and made me feel welcomed. The hygienist was very friendly and knew exactly how to get all the angles. A very quick and easy dental experience!
