I went in with an emergency, was not expecting to jump the line. Professional friendly staff and the dentist Dr.Walker took his time and eased my concerns with the extraction. Nonjudgmental because I have skipped going to the dentist.

WORST EXPERIENCE YOU CAN EVER HAVE. Over 1hr waiting for Dr Aaron. After that assistant was not even explaining properly, and 0 friendly. If you can go to another location is better. I made my visit for a cleaning, and After that time they told me 40min wait for having the hygienist. That is disrespectful with patients time and schedules

Took my children in for exam. Because my child was complaining of pain. Dr quesada referred me to an orthodontist for a consult on a tooth extraction. Dr Pham in eustis confirmed that the tooth needed to get extracted but refused to give the referral to the oral surgeon until I agreed to the braces .. I explained to him that we will get the braces done after the extraction as my son was experiencing discomfort from the tooth that needed to get removed. His reply. The insurance company will most likely deny the braces if the tooth is extracted as his teeth will straighten out. I explained to him I paid for a consultation I would like the referral. His response. I’m not your orthodontist you never signed a contract with me. I then contacted Greenbergs main office. They agreed with me and s

Not recommended. I had an appointment at 9am with Dr. Walker. I showed up 15 earlier for paperwork and X rays. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes and no one saw me. I told the front desk that we had to leave and when I was leaving the area, I got a call from the front office that the doctor was ready to see me. So unprofessional, not respecting people time. The only positive thing was the ladies at the front desk. Go somewhere else, unless you want to spend half day on a simple dentist appointment.

Dr. Pham is the rudest person I have seen. I had an appointment and I was so sad and upset after I saw a scenario that I didn’t like it. When he removed his gloves, he threw them in front of the nurse face on the counter. Like saying: you pick up and the trash was closed to him. This behavior is unacceptable. This doctor is a bad person. You don’t treat people like trash. Dr Pham is a bad person and you can feel his anger Hope this behavior doesn’t happen again. Please, Greenberg, take care of this matter. This doctor should not be allowed to humiliate anyone. I felt so sorry for the nurse who handled the situation with such dignity and professionalism.
