This is the second time I've been here for my son's yearly dental check ups (his first time was last year). He's 11, so a little friendliness toward child patients goes a long way. I say this because my son wasn't greeted by the dental cleaning person or the xrays techs. They just started their xrays and cleaning without acknowledging him. Maybe it's because everyone on his care team doesn't speak English, so they just don't speak unless they have too? Also, their equipment needs to be upgraded. No one wants to go to any doctor's office that looks dingy and the equipment looks old/outdated, and janky. I can't say enough good about this office! In the past I have had mostly negative experiences at other places I've gone to bc I am very nervous and sensitive. Recently I needed a lot of work done (7 crowns, a bridge and a few fillings) but I had been going somewhere else. I was taking my son and my husband to this location after I found it was less busy than other Greenbergs I had been to. Lacey and the rest of the front desk staff and the hygenist here were so friendly I decided to switch to getting my work done here as well. I'm very happy I did! Dr. Joseph Rodriguez is caring, kind and patient, he helped me work through my stress during difficult procedures and made me feel comfortable the entire time. lady at the front desk is extremely rude and passive aggressive. showed up for my appointment tried to open the door and she got mad and she said the office is closed then was laughing at me and telling me to “calm down” when i was perfectly calm just asking how the office could be closed if i have an appointment.

I had the most terrible and disrespectful visit today. Had my exam, Dr made suggestions. I decided to get tooth extractions. The Dr came back in and went over everything and numbed my mouth for the procedure. He gave the numbing agent time to kick in and checked on me twice in passing. His assistant that has been with him suddenly came to my room and stated I would have to go up front and make the payment for the procedure. Already highly uncomfortable from the numbing, I explained that my wife had just stepped out to pick up my daughter from school and I had given her my wallet to put in the car because it was uncomfortable in my pocket. The attitude and manner in which I was treated felt discriminatory and I felt embarrassed and appalled, as if they felt I would run out after the procedu

Good experience. No complaints. Excellent team. Payment plan option helped a lot. Went in with pain, left feeling better.
