Will never go back to this place again It’s so hard to make an appointment they never answer the phone. You have to keep calling until they do. I went to get a regular cleaning as I do every year, but this time as I went for the regular cleaning which is free because of my insurance, they told me after they examine my teeth that they can’t do a regular cleaning that I need a deep clean and said I will have to make another appointment and have to pay a good amount of money to get a deep clean. So they refuse To give me a regular cleaning and wanted me to pay extra more for a deep cleaning this place only cares about money they don’t care about your teeth or nothing else

My daughter established care this March 2025 and waited months for her appt tomorrow 9/23, and today (not even 24 hrs prior) they call to cancel her appt due to provider no longer sees 12 year olds, we have established care so I’m not understanding how that would apply to her. Altamonte Greenberg did not give me resources to call Apopka to reschedule soonest availability. This is the most unprofessional clinic, I spoke to the lead pediatric clinic assistant and manager and both said “not our fault” but called me to cancel an appt less than 24 hrs without any resources, didn’t even take the time prior to the call to find out how the y could help me (call Apopka and find out information) or maybe even agree to see my daughter this last time and refer out due to the inconvenience. This review is for my mother: As she was getting dentures, she had to have several teeth removed. She woke up during the surgery and neither the surgeon or the nurse noticed. She waved her arms and made noises but no one paid attention. She was very upset and crying afterwards. The nurse tried to tell her husband that she was happy while giving discharge instructions. My mom said that she was not happy and was ignored by the nurse. The nurse then rushed them out the door without being able to voice their concerns. She felt disrespected and ignored by the dentist and support staff. The staff talked about her (in another language) thinking she couldn't understand them in front of her. She continued to throw up blood and other crap for the rest of the evening. It was an excessive amount. The

had a very bad experience with this office. On August 5, 2025, they charged my credit card $91, but according to my insurance Explanation of Benefits I should only be responsible for $46. This means they overcharged me $45. I contacted them many times by phone and even went to the office, but they refused to refund the money and told me to wait for months. They also never answer the phone during business hours. This is very unprofessional and unfair to patients. Be careful with billing if you go here.

No one answers the phone when you try to communicate with Altamonte location.I encountered two very hostile women at the admissions counter who were combative and not welcoming to this location. It was obvious that there is discrimination going on here and the two were in cahoots together so I can imagion that they get away with a lot. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for the work you need because they are very disrespectful. If disregard and unprofessionalism is your first step, just imagion the mess you will get yourself into if you are not the right nationality. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else where you will receive excellent customer service and respect.
