This place is horrible! When I came the door was locked and no one in the lot: Its NOT 24/7

So i recently went to what they call an “urgent care”. Thats a joke to start. I waited atleast 45 minutes to be put after people who came after me, its like they choose who they wanna call in next instead of following the list. The list should be first come, first serve because that’s how urgent cares work. The front desk staff? Incompetent. They cant answer simple questions, almost seems like they dont know what theyre doing. Doctors are great, but the staff needs to go back to school or atleast get better management or get one if they dont have one. And to top it all off the urgent care looks like its in disarray. Cheap, messy, and unorganized. Its just stressful to take a sick child and know you wont be attended to because they dont know what theyre doing. If you need to go to an urgent

The doctor who was supposed to be there for urgent care hours left because “there were no patients arriving”. Got there well before closing and the office was unlocked and open but no one was inside. Seems unsafe.

They do not answer their phone, the mailbox is full, I would think this place is closed except they charged my credit card when I have never even been there.

I have been here multiple times, they have been good experiences. They were fast in attending my girls
