Just got home from a wonderful and easy going procedure at this office. From the time I was greeted by the wonderful Angelica at the front desk, to my tx plan coordinator Liz who was so helpful during the whole process. Thank you so much Dr.Joyce for a painless and QUICK procedure, like I said before your hands are truly anointed! The whole team was amazing, also received great assistance from Minnie and Markia who really calmed my nerves since this was a last minute appointment. Truly had a smooth operation and I’m so glad Dr.Joyce was able to make it happen, thank you Greenbelt oral!

I am extremely impressed with Greenbelt Oral and Facial Surgery. Minnie, took my x-rays and prepped me for surgery. I appreciated her bubbling personality coupled with professionalism. She explained the paperwork and patiently gave me time and room to read through it on my own as well. The office took great pains to help me feel comfortable, from the soothing music to just the right amount of nitrous to help me feel relaxed. The surgeon, Dr. Malik, is top-notch. She explained the procedure and patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. The procedure itself was almost enjoyable, which is a strange thing to say when having wisdom teeth removed. He took his time to explain the procedure and remained calm throughout—I actually didn’t feel anything. My surgeon, Dr. Joyce, even followed up with me the next day, which was unique and appreciated. I would just like to say that my service at this location was stellar. From scheduling to billing to making sure that I was comfortable before the procedure, during the procedure, and after the procedure was completely amazing. They contacted me after to make sure that I was OK. They made sure that I had all of the pain relievers and at home treatment. I came in before the two week follow up to make sure that I was going in the right direction and the surgeon that checked me said that Dr. Malik did an amazing job and that she went above and beyond in my service. If anyone is looking for a dental surgical team, this is the place to go. Dr. Malik and her team are the best on the East Coast. No one really loves the dentist so coming here knowing that you’re in good hands makes you feel better

The most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in regard to dental procedures. Throughout my procedure, as well as the care and follow up that came after, Dr. Nicholas was attentive, patient, and very careful. He made me feel comfortable and helped me understand what he was doing and why. While both my procedures weren’t very long, 20-40 min each, he checked in periodically to make sure I was comfortable and not feeling any pain. During follow ups he answered my questions clearly and looked into any concerns I had about my healing. The whole team is professional, caring, and very nice. Highly recommend!
