This place is horrendous! I would not recommend to ANYONE! Horrible bedside manner, no information on what is being done, and absolutely DIRTY! I waited over an hour to been seen for my cleaning. Cleaning took less than 4 minutes.... Threw an opened toothbrush at me and sent me on my way. Entire office is covered in mold, dirt, and dust. Staff barely even say hello. Do NOT waste your time here.

Supposedly I started care here in 2022. My first appointment I was told that I needed multiple teeth removed before I could be assisted. I was directed where to go and once healed call to schedule further services. I was in contact with them for a bit to attempt to schedule my cleaning services. However, before I could actually have an appointment set the communication went cold. I switched from calling and leaving voicemails to trying to go up there, unfortunately to no avail. I just called today and it was like they never stopped business. I explained my frustration with the length of time it had been and was met with a subpar excuse. The initial call ended due to my disposition but even calling to speak to a supposed manager rendered no results that made sense. There was no communicatio

If I could give less then a one star I would, Staff members are rude and very unprofessional, No organization skills what so ever, Have been waiting almost two months for wisdom teeth extractions to be “authorized” through my insurance & they have yet to put in for them. Have sat on hold more then five times for over fifteen minutes each time. Put in a claim to my insurance that I had four white caps put in. But, have only received X-Rays at this office, Have emailed the supervisor three times & have gotten zero response. Every time they say their going to call you on a specific day for confirmation of an appointment they never call. I believe the two members at the front desk do not know what their doing at all! Do not get work done here!

Very unpleasant and needs to update their office and dental equipment. The staffing is not professional. The room was not clean before they asked me to come in the room. I had to inform them that before you ask for another patient to come in to sit down. Your supposed to clean the rooms very well. It was less them 1min before they brought me in from another room next to a patient just walked out. I had to say something to the staff and the dentist. They are very unprofessional. It's not clean. I need to get better insurance because all the doctors that take Amaria group had unexceptable doctors offices

Terrible customer service. Front desk staff are all very rude. The dentist spoke either me for about 10 minutes, charged me $200.00. I was harassed several times a day for payment. No service was rendered, why was I charged $200.00? The response was that is what you owe. They are scammers! Do not go there!
