Green Valley Pharmacy

I recently switched all of my family's prescriptions to Green Valley Pharmacy. Mr Wong (Pharm D., Loma Linda Univ) and his staff are the absolute BEST! They consistently exhibit patient concern; clear and quick communication; and personal attention. They know us by name and we appreciate them!

Always friendly, always helpful and always efficient. If I had any complaints at all it would be that I wish they were open on Saturdays, if only for a few hours. Finding time during the week to pick up prescriptions can be difficult. Other than that, love their small-town service style. We’ve also received all our vaccines here.

Nice people, Nice pharmacy, however their customer service needs some attention. My wife gets 90% of her medication for free from the Veterans Administration. The VA wont ship pain medications through the mail so we need to get them locally. The owner told me that if he couldn't have all my wife's medications then we need to look elsewhere for service. He did fill it once but even on the label it states "LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR MEDICATION REFILLS". It is hard to believe that any business would turn away any business. So I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place and hopefully if he loses enough business he will change his attitude. As I stated in my review the VA will not ship pain medication thru the mail. We initially came here to get my son’s COVID vaccine and ended up making this our primary pharmacy. So happy we did, this place is a gem!! They have gone above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING is taken care of for us. They mail our prescriptions monthly and personally text me. When I walk in, they know me by name. The staff is so friendly. I can’t tell you how much easier they’ve made my life!!! Highly recommend them!!

Husband ran out of medication and due to a special situation, his doctor was no longer available. His new doctor was too overwhelmed with cases that he could not respond to our calls at all. Tried to call our primary pharmacy (a chain one) for help but they were too busy to care. I must have made at least 10 calls to different parties for 2 hours straight with no avail. Never been to Green Valley before, but they were so good to take an extra step to help secure our missing medication. The staff was friendly and very kind. She listened to our problem and acted immediately to communicate with our doctor nd primary pharmacy. An hour after we first spoke, she got our prescriptions ready. Very professional and helpful indeed! Such a great local gem. Will definitely come again. Thank you!
