Green Pharmacy the best pharmacy in Co-op City very clean very luxurious they attend to you with excellent needs medication kitchen supplies and all accessories they also take Medicare Medicaid and certain different in all different insurance please by all means it's on the corner right next to the Fruit Stand in the mall on the side by the bus stop please come and stop by and use your own discretion thank you very much for being a very participator we hope to see you soon we are open 10:00 to 7:00 thanks again and have a blessed day all right

I went to the Green Pharmacy today to pick up a package UPS delivered there. I was invisible! The woman at the counter ignored me, as I stood for a couple mins waiting for her to acknowledge my presence. Even after inquiring about picking up a package she never made eye contact and told me to ‘giver her a minute’. There was no one else in front of her, she just carried on with her pricing machine. Terrible customer service! UPS please use another drop off location in Dreiser Loop.

I would not recommend shipping through UPS from this location. I dropped a packaged off on a Monday and by Wednesday I realized my package wasn't updated. On Friday I realized it still wasn't shipped. I confronted the pharmacy about this and they assured me they had shipped it. I asked to check in the back and surprisingly enough I found my package still there.

DO NOT USE AS UPS ACCESS POINT. My package is lost although they claim the ups truck has already picked up the package. It's been 3 weeks. I didn't receive a receipt so I can't even track my package. Staff seems lost. I'm feeling like my package was stolen. They even mistaked me for another customer with an delivery issue & allowed me to leave with the mistaken package until I checked & it was not mine. so annoyed that I'm possibly not getting my money for my returned package. 0/10.
