Green Mountain Dental Burlington

I was going to this practice before they switched! Never had to bad if issues with any teeth. I had a tooth pain was told bad filling at 35 years old it had to be pulled. Went to a surgeon got it pulled and my new dentist says it could of been saved and this may now cause back jaw issues down the road. I will tell people to avoid this place at all costs.

I do not recommend Green Mountain Dental. My experience with them has been very frustrating. They repeatedly canceled my appointments until I finally had to take a time that was convenient for them, not me. I rearranged my work schedule multiple times just to get in, only to face more problems once I was finally seen. When I scheduled my cleaning, I was told the cost would be $185. However, when it came time to pay, they increased the bill to $265, claiming there was an additional $80 charge because the doctor briefly came in to evaluate my teeth. This was never explained up front, and I felt blindsided by the extra cost. Between the unreliable scheduling and the surprise charges, I cannot recommend this office. The Staff makes the place a 5 Star. Especially the ladies that assist the Dr. They make the visit easy and they are very good with the patients. The Ladies at the check in and out do a great job also. The Doctors are lucky to have a outstanding staff to work with. They are all KEEPERS.

My husband had been going to this office since he was a child, so we switched the whole family over to Dr Kydel a few years ago. Dr Kydel retired and Green Mountain Dental took over. Since then, it’s been a mess. Cancelled appointments, new policies for cancellations, claims that money is owed but they can’t say/figure out why, long wait times in the office (I waited 35+ mins for a scheduled appointment with no apology or reasoning). Most recently, I needed a tooth fixed and so did my son. I gave my kiddo my appointment so he could get his fixed faster, and scheduled myself for a later date. Get my tooth “fixed” and had a cleaning scheduled for a few weeks later. The “fixed” tooth was driving me nuts so I called. They asked me to wait until my cleaning. 2 weeks later they call to resc

I recently had a new crown installed at Green Mountain Dental. The whole process was very easy and the crown fits beautifully. Two thumbs up!
