NOTE: This is a review for the online process of getting a Texas MMJ prescription. I have not yet been to this physical location. The process to get a Texas MMJ prescription was 10x easier than I thought. These guys made it super easy. They are a bit more expensive than other MMJ providers, but the process was incredibly simple. The only quibble was having to wait a couple of days for my prescription to be active in the TCUP database, but that's more an issue with Texas' requirements than the GHD doctor. I had an amazing experience with the staff. I have severe anxiety with doctors and they made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. I saw William and he was amazing to talk to and really calmed my nerves. Highly recommend going with this company! They help me apply with the state and helped me pay my fees. The receptionist was so sweet and nice.

This is the BEST Dr's office, in my opinion, for being evaluated and walked through the process of having to get a medical card. They basically did it all for me. They we able to get my medical records in seconds. They set up all my accounts, registered me and set up my payments for each. It was the easiest appointment I've ever had the pleasure of having. They are the friendliest and finest group of individuals to work with. Highly knowledgeable! I truly cannot say enough.. I'd give them more stars if I could.

Same provider for two separate assessments who, both times, stayed on for around two minutes, and dismissed me when their intake form was not the updated form I filled out the same day I scheduled the appointment. Never got a refund either time, even though they could not help me. I was early to both sessions because the refund is nullified if you are late to the assessment. I couldn't afford to be late because of how high the cost is for help. I was left frustrated with everything that happened. I hope nobody else sees the same person. They kept their face hidden or off screen of the camera. I just wanted help, and they couldn't even take the total $430 to give me ten minutes of their time to navigate me through their website so I could prove I updated the intake form. This was a painful
