Pain free again! I was referred to Jaime by a co worker after he found out I was dealing with knee pain. After seeing Jaime a few weeks ago, and following his exercise program, I can honestly say that he helped me to get back to running and skiing without pain. If only I had know it was going to be so easy. Thanks, Jaime!

Was having some pain/ soreness. Jaime helped me understand the mechanics of whats going on and gave me some stretches to strengthen and loosen the muscles and tendons. He was very methodical in his assessment and I felt well taken care of. We tried some dry needling with the electricity- it was not my favorite sensation but certainly helped.

I’ve had a toe injury for the last year, with all the usual treatments doing very little and failing to identify the true root of the problem. One dry needling session with Jaime and the problem muscle was identified and I’ve finally been able to ride my bike again. Beyond grateful to Jaime and his accessibility and knowledge!!!

Jaime has helped me work through a right shoulder issue, SI joint pain, and neck tightness that led to headaches. A lot of these problems were from a MTB crash that resulted in some ailments. I had pretty disjointed follow up care for these issues due to insurance barriers but once I was able to work with him, I saw some sustained recovery. I’m to the point now that I can strength train, play volleyball, run and -most importantly- ride my bike with no pain. It’s been very helpful to my overall quality of life and has allowed me to return fully to activities that bring me joy.

Intimate clinic space. Jamie really takes the time to hear your concerns and analyze the issue. Highly recommend to any athlete who is working through a injury.
