Amazing experience. Staff Clara, Julie and Lana are so kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Literally couldnt have been in any better hands. Originally went into ER to get my lungs checked for a virus and ended up staying a few days. Best shape I've been in for awhile now leaving this place. I know no one has ever said this in terms of a hospital before but its very cozy, quiet and made me feel I was almost staying at a specialized hotel with 10/10 service. Thank you guys for being amazing and doing everything you can for your patients. This made my first stay in a hosptial way less scary and comforting.
We had the best experience you can when you’re bringing in your sick 2 1/2 year-old to the ER for RSV. Staff was great with our son… super willing to work with us to make sure we had him feeling better soon. The doctor we worked with Dr. Matt was phenomenal! He typically is working at children’s and we could feel that in how he worked with us! so reassuring to our son and to us as parents. our son left, not only feeling better, but with a new puzzle, teddy bear, and a bunch of stickers!
Wonderful facility. I was faced with limitations in my hometown to get an X-ray for my ankle. Green Bay ER & Hospital was recommended and did not disappoint. I had a minimum wait, quality images and immediate access to images and reports. It was so affordable and made a several hour drive completely worth it. Most memorable each member of their team was extremely knowledgeable and kind.
Overall had a great experience here! Got in quickly, Dr. Mike listened well and showed compassion. He was thorough and did not insist on any tests or treatment that I did not want. Cassie, the RN was prompt and caring. I also appreciated Mikey the ultrasound tech who was professional and made me feel at ease. The facility was very clean as well.
Absolutely amazing experience. I took my daughter in yesterday and she was seen very quickly. The staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. Everything was explained clearly, and they made a stressful situation so much easier. We are truly grateful for the exceptional care she received
