Costco Pharmacy

I've always had a pleasant experience here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They even got me a 3 month supply of a med I was only getting 1 month for at another pharmacy without asking.

I always thought that the pharmacy at Costco was supposed to be top notch. I am traveling and thought I would get my prescription filled at Costco. I gave them plenty of warning and the phone number to call to get it transferred. After 2 1/2 hours it still wasn’t done and the pharmacist as well as the worker person at the pharmacy gave me terrible attitude about filling this prescription. I don’t know what their issue was. Everybody’s entitled a bad day, but this seemed more than just a bad day. I frequently travel this area and won’t try this pharmacy again. ****** after thought- I just read all the bad reviews. it’s not just a bad day the people had. from the looks of it.

I had the Costco mail order pharmacy transfer the script over to the local Costco Pharmacy due to an error they made which left my son without his medication. This local pharmacy proceeded to ask me if I knew the difference between mail order - where the pills are mailed to my house, and pick up, where I pick up the pills! I told the clerk that I had a Master's degree and knew the difference between mail order and pick up. To make a long story short, the Pharmacist came over and was unwilling to make a phone call to the Costco Mail Order, nor to my insurance to obtain an override. Later in the day I was talking with the Costco mail order who indicated they had sent the script to this Costco and that the staff was rude the them as well. Rude, and unable to make a simple phone call for

I have never been talked so rudely to from this pharmacist. I asked him politely about a price of a medicine and he bit my head off. This unheard of in this field. If this man doesn't like people get out of this job. This is a job where people have a lot of questions to ask and they do not need to be told off for asking them. I have never written a review before but this was outrages. Costco needs to think twice about this person. They can do better! If I could give Zero stars I would. Moved my meds to Walgreens.

Our whole family gets their prescriptions filled here and staff is always so patient and kind. I feel like something is always due to be picked up at times... I've never witnessed impatience or rudeness by staff while waiting.
