I had all 4 wisdom teeth surgically removed as they were not growing in correctly, causing pain, and had the potential to damage other teeth. At my eval I was met immediately with compassion and understanding ( my boyfriend had gotten his out somewhere else and had a terrible experience, so I was scared to get mine out) they never made me feel as though my fears were invalid and talked me through absolutely everything. Today I got the teeth removed under twilight sedation (I ended up sleeping through the entire surgery) and again, nothing but compassion. I will recommend this office to ANYONE who is even remotely worried about getting there teeth out. Also, to the nurse or assistant with the long dark hair, I’m so sorry I don’t remember your name but you made my experience so much better,

Incredible office, staff, and Doctor. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience today with Dr. Ferneini! I had to go in for an impacted wisdom tooth and obviously I was anxious and a little nervous about the procedure. The warmness of the staff and jovial personalities of the doctor and his associates put me at ease and before I knew it my wisdom tooth had been removed and I actually enjoyed the procedure & experience! Cannot say enough positive things about this wonderful doctor in his incredible staff and practice! Thank You so much!!

Dr. Ferneini was incredible! The entire staff was to be honest. I went in last minute for wisdom tooth even though they were out of network for my insurance. They had a cancellation and took me right away. He worked with me and took the tooth out within 30 minutes! Great experience

My experience was awful. The billing person came into the room screaming that I had to pay them before anything would be done. I needed a BIOPSY of my tongue and had Medicare as well as additional insurance and I had called Medicare before going and was assured that this doctor took Medicare. I had to give them my credit card and they processed it but they also got paid by Medicare and I'm still waiting for a refund. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Met with staff and Dr. Hillgen today to have a fractured molar removed. This office took care of me with very short notice and treated me warmly, with care and patience. From the front desk receptionists, to Kristen-assistant, to Dr. Hillgen, it was a very good experience. I was very nervous and had no idea how the extraction process would go, it went exceedingly well. I would recommend this practice, Doctor and staff.
