Greater Richmond Dentistry

We had a very good experience at Greater Richmond Dentistry. The doctors and staff were kind, calm, and very caring to my mom. They explained everything in simple words and made her feel comfortable and safe. My mom needed dental cleaning, tooth removal, and follow-up care. They did everything carefully and gently. After that, they helped with proper teeth replacement and made sure everything was clean and healthy. My mom was scared at first, but after the visit she felt much better and happy. The staff was patient, respectful, and supportive the whole time. I truly recommend Greater Richmond Dentistry for anyone, especially for parents and older patients. They really care about their patients and their comfort.

This is my small dentist office and I found them through my insurance. A lucky pick with Dr. Kasiri is so attentive and caring with her patients and her staff. Also, the staff is kind, professional, and is always accommodating when it comes scheduling. I’d rather wait for this type of staff than to be rushed in and off by another. I absolutely love her she walked me threw everything. Her assistant was amazing and help me with my anxiety and making sure I’m okay . I will definitely make her my new dentist. TLDR: The best practice for patients with anxiety or who just want a kinder experience. This is my first visit to Dr. Kasiri at this practice, but I’ve been a patient for a while. Once again I arrived incredibly nervous, in quite a bit of pain, and a bit embarrassed. The office building was very easy to locate, and there was plenty of parking. Inside the office is clean, all of the staff are friendly, and the wait was no more than 5 minutes from arrival. Inside the treatment rooms there are large windows offering a gorgeous view of Chesterfield Counties nature, lots of trees and just a general calming atmosphere. The technician that worked on me is very good at her job. I have been to dentists a lot in my life and 3 times a year now so I can tell when someone is doing a great job with cleaning and scaling teeth. Great worker.
