Greater Placer Pharmacy

I loved the staff, they were very efficient and kind. Never been to such an amazing pharmacy!! Get your medications here!!

Horrible service. So nice when I transferred over from Rite Aid when they closed. Promised auto refills and notifications. Never once recieved a text or call... After trying to transfer out they now have hung up on me and are refusing to fill my meds I need to not have a seizure. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with... Clerks seem to have no idea what is going on and the pharmacist makes promises they don't keep.

The pharmacists and workers are very friendly and helpful. I am often greeted by name, which is nice. I don't feel like I get lost in their system like with some of the larger pharmacies. I get calls when something is filled, instead of texts. I live within walking distance of this pharmacy, so I don't often have them deliver, but it does happen once in awhile. It's a nice help to have delivery as an option.

They are VERY NICE and I was fine until 3 or more SERIOUS mistakes with my medication. I TRIED moving to a different Pharmacy after having major issues with them, but PLEASE BE SO CAREFUL to double-check your prescriptions before TAKING! Mistakes happen...but they took NO responsibility and blamed it on me! I know CVS and Rite-aid aren't ideal, but use extreme caution with ALL pharmacies, but this one especially...they have YET to send my records to my new pharmacy! Mess for sure! They are VERY NICE, did I mention? lol

I switched to this pharmacy after trying every other one in Auburn . I have been so extremely pleased with them since day one. They are so prompt with any walk in's I've done and they deliver mine and my kids medication to us every month for free. The people that work there are so super friendly and there just great at their jobs .
