The worse service at the pharmacy, long line and the staff just seating there and chatting.

Every once in awhile in this world of "no" and "can't" you find a person who says "let me look" and goes the extra mile and makes things happen. Darius did that for me today and because of him I didn't have to go without needed medication. Thank you Darius! You're the person we all need.

I don't know what happened, I used to love this pharmacy but it has become a nightmare. I gave 2 stars because I love the clinic, but this pharmacy needs to place value on SERVING THE CUSTOMER'S please. If not I can't go to you anymore and that's sad. Why don't you value the time of the customers?

"You are being transferred to the attendant. " is the automated answer on their refill line after a lengthy wait for someone to answer. It's followed immediately by "GOODBYE", and then hangs up. One hour wait times for a human seem to be routine in my experience.

We had to wait for 4 hours and then they took us to a room for another 2 hours
