I usually don’t write reviews on places, but my experience here recently was awful. I usually come here for my glasses and contacts and usually they’re very nice but this time I came in I was a little early just hoping I could get the paperwork filled out while waiting we’re just checking in. No one was up at the front desk for a good 20 minutes. I was waiting there as I heard the two receptionist that are supposed to be upfront talking in the back just walking back-and-forth they finally come up as they’re laughing talking to each other and just say oh when they see me I fill everything out after that. The exam was fine but after that. She gives me a small pack of context to try on to see if they worked. They worked fine. She just told me I had a stigmatism and how my eyesight would never

Staff couldn’t explain the $100 difference between selective and non‑selective contact lenses. The employee laughed and admitted they’re told to always select non‑selective, which drives up costs for patients while benefiting the office. I’ll be going to a more transparent and ethical provider.

So my 1st time coming to this location. I was happy they were open on a Sunday. I go up to the receptionist day where there were 2 ladies. One was pleasant and one not so. She abruptly asked me questions I had already filled out on the online form when I made the appointment. When I politely informed her the information she needed was already in the system and I was aware of the extra costs associated with the visit. Well her attitude worsened. She told me I can have a seat. When I asked if it mattered where I sat, she rudely replied "anywhere you want!!" In a dismissive tone! It took everything in me not to match her energy! Her name I learned later was Ravenna/Raven. I mentioned it to the doctor who did my vision exam. Both the doctor and the other receptionist were both pleasant a

Great experience! Everyone there was nice and welcoming. I was checked in for my appointment quickly and the provider listened and addressed my concerns and was very fast yet efficient during my exam. Elizabeth helped me afterwards with picking out frames and was wonderful to work with. Never pushy and made great recommendations. She priced everything out with my insurance and had all costs up front for me to see while making decisions. They are following all the protocols needed to make it clean and safe during this time. Worth the drive to come here.

Not usually one to leave feedback, but Dr. Shaw was extremely friendly, personable, and thorough with the exam. She took her time explaining everything to me & encouraged me to ask questions. The technician who helped me pick out new glasses was just as friendly & had a great sense of style with frames. Wouldn't hesitate to come back again!
