Dr. Dug Soo Kim completely changed my perspective on dentists. I used to go to dental works (do not go to the one in mayfield) and they were also so rude and mean to me about my teeth. I was very anxious coming to my first appointment here but it completely went away when I met Dr. Kim and he was so positive and nice. The way he addressed and delivered a possible issue id have with my teeth was so amazing. Dr. Kim also does what’s necessary. I feel like DentalWorks possibly over-exaggerated my issues and it made me think my teeth were rotting. My family paid for so many fillings that maybe weren’t necessary. I’m very excited to see this dentist and the dental hygienists (who were also extremely nice) in the next 6 months!

I've been coming to this dentist for probably 2 years now and I'm so grateful that I found them for me and my family. I recommend them highly to all of my friends and family. It is sadly and undoubtedly hard, to find a dentist that is thorough, honest, and gentle (especially one that takes caresource insurance) The staff is all amazing there. I am such a cry baby with high anxiety but they make every experience there so much better than I've ever had anywhere else. Cannot recommend them enough.

Will be making this my go to spot, low reviews had me a bit scared but I was in some major pain with a toothache situation and with them being open on Saturday's and available for a walk in, I took my chance and was extremely happy. I highly recommend Dentlife Dental Care to those who are looking for the best dental clinic near northwest Cleveland area. First off, Dr. Kim was very professional and careful. He did a very thorough examination of my tooth, and explained in detail the problem so that I could easily understand. On the day of my crown fitting, the process took longer than expected however, Dr. Kim patiently shaped the crown until it comfortably fit my tooth and answered all my questions. I could see that he definitely prioritises his patients' comfort. Finally, all the staff were friendly, the office was clean and cozy, and the equipment was brand new.
