Lack of communication. Was told by the receptionist that I could come before 4, got there was brought in a room told the lady why I was there. Then a nurse came in asked the same reason and was told that I couldn’t be seen because of it being busy... and the doctor is behind.

No vengan aquí, vine por una emergencia 🚨 en enero de este año me pusieron el DIU de cobre y hoy 07/26/2024 vine por un fuerte sangrado y la enfermera me trató mal, no me checó diciendo que es normal y no me hacen citas para checarme, diciendo q me tengo q ir por emergencias y siempre quedan de llenarme para mi cita y nunca me llaman, muy malos servicios. Don't come here, I came for an emergency 🚨 in January of this year they gave me the copper IUD and today 07/26/2024 I came for heavy bleeding and the nurse treated me badly, she didn't check me saying it's normal and they don't do me appointments to check me, saying that I have to go for emergencies and they always have to fill me up for my appointment and they never call me, very bad services.
