Our child was seen by this office 9 months ago for a basic appointment that lasted less than 10 minutes. They charged me $55 in office - I asked them specifically if that was the total cost and if I would be billed further, they stated firmly that I would not be charged or billed more. We went on with our lives. Today I was called by a man from their parent company demanding nearly 200 dollars more. He claimed that they had a software issue and that’s why I was never given a bill in the last 9 MONTHS. 9 months of an issue? That’s aside from the office LYING to me about the cost when we were there. Not only is this unethical, it’s a violation of the trust patients put in them. Needless to say I will be filing a complaint with every imaginable overseer possible in the state and local areas

Incredibly unprofessional. I had an appointment for a Friday at 11 am and was running late because I had the wrong address, called to let them know and they told me to come in anyway, when I arrived they told me they would have to reschedule me. I begged them to please see me as I am in pain, but they declined and rescheduled me for Monday. Sunday evening I received a message on their portal, not even a call that due to a doctors emergency they would have to reschedule me. I called to reschedule for Tuesday and they once again called me back to say that the doctor will not be in till Thursday? Maybe Friday, perhaps not at all this week. Go elsewhere do not waste your time.

I had a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The podiatrist took the time to make sure that I was comfortable throughout the ingrown toenail procedure. I really appreciated the care and attention I received — it made a big difference. Highly recommend to anyone looking for knowledgeable foot care.

My boyfriend came here for an ingrown nail and ended up getting the ingrown part removed. Process was super easy and fast. We got all the answers we needed and information, everyone is super nice and helpful. Highly recommend

I was seen promptly after my arrival. Staff was courteous and professional. Dr. Stanley answered all my questions and concerns affecting my feet because of my Diabetes. He preformed procedures needed while I was there without me having to reschedule . Dr Stanley’s explanations about my feet conditions and future possibilities that may occur because of my Diabetes have given me peace of mind.
