The staff for the most part here was good, I had one hygienist that was really mean during a deep cleaning. Then meeting with Dr. Cline was specifically horrible - he made me feel bad and kept saying I obviously had not seen a dentist is year but I had routine cleanings for years. He constantly spoke down to me until I had to stand up to him and then he kept claiming how was he supposed to know any better. I always noted that he has had worse patients and that I really didn't need to be so upset. So cruel, as soon as I got better insurance I left even though it cost more.

Dr Cline and his staff (Shelby) are very knowledgeable and pleasent to be around! I have been with them for two years. Very happy with the service and price.

I've read the reviews but all I can say based on my experience. I've been coming to this place since last yr & everyone that I came across this place is so nice & accommodating. Yes sometimes getting an appointment is hard specially if it's your 1st time as they're always booked weeks even months ahead sometimes but that didn't give me any problems at all. My Dr & the rest of the staff are very nice & accommodating.

Extremely rude front desk who answer the phone. They started to charge a 3% process fee by paying the bill over the phone. I decided to go to the clinic to pay, they were told I was not guaranteed to be helped right away. This makes me feel like they does not want us to go there to pay. All my payment from my HSA account which only comes with card. They even try to argue with me everywhere now charge a processing fee which is not right and told me just take for what it is. I paid quite a few medical bills and never got charge a processing fee by paying over the phone. No longer willing to go back! Horrible!

Dr. Cline was awesome, I do not do well when I have to have dental procedures done and Dr. Cline I feel was very attentive and went out of his way to talk to me through the procedure, asking how I was doing multiple times. His assistant Cynthia was so amazing and caring as well. They both made my experience better than what I was expecting.
