Honestly I would never recommend anyone to go here. The office staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. The doctors reschedule you with no notice, never respond to portal messages and clearly don’t read your chart or communicate to each other. I was hung up on by Michelle today over the phone. I called back trying to reach the office manager Lisa and have yet to receive a response. They are dismissive and don’t care about your symptoms unless it puts money in their pocket. As a healthcare practitioner you’d think they would want to help when you tell them you feel like you’ll pass out 24/7. The just point fingers and say, not my problem. Any time I’ve gone to an appointment the front desk seems miserable. Like, I’m sorry but if you hate your job find a new one, don’t make it the patients pr

After being a patient for the last year, practice refused to make appointment insisting I go to the ER as my symptoms had worsened. Was unable to do so at the time, practice unbeknownst the me discharged me as a patient. Was admitted to NFMMC Cardiac and treated by Dr. Wadhawan who told me to schedule an appointment with his office. Attempted to do so and was refused, told bc I didn’t go to the ER when told I am no longer a patient and cannot be ever again. Apparently the health of their patients is not a concern to them. Ironic as being in Stage 3 HF, I’m told to reduce stress by the same individuals causing the stress.

Drs. are great, it is a very difficult task to be able to reach (they don't respond) and/or being called back (what they say they'd do) by the appointment's office

the nurse liked to talk over me too much. very annoying, but the drs are nice.

Appts are rescheduled constantly. Twice in 2 months!!!!!
