Great Hill Dental - Peabody

I've been going to Great Hill Dental in Peabody for well over 10 years. I appreciate them having Saturday hours all these years! The staff, hygienists, and doctors have always been pleasant and great with their respective services. Even when my insurance had billing issues, Great Hill Dental was great in helping to resolve them.

The single bitewing images they took weren't submitted to my insurance even though they're in-network and my insurance covers up to four of them per year. I also made a payment of $200 and my statement showed that only $177 was deducted from the balance. My bill was adjusted accordingly after contacting them.

I’ve been going to Great Hill Dental for years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I receive. The staff is always welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. From the front desk to the hygienists and dentists, everyone goes out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and informed every step of the way. The office is clean and modern, and they stay on top of the latest dental technology, which really gives me peace of mind. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or something more involved, I always feel like I’m in good hands. It’s rare to find a dental office you actually look forward to visiting, but Great Hill Dental has made that possible. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and friendly dental team!

I am a type 2 diabetic and missed my last cleaning appointment. Sonya was scheduled to do my cleaning, and I am thankful that she was, she was extremely thorough and gentle. I strongly recommend Sonya to everyone as she has an amazing work ethic, passion for the field, and a complete understanding of patient needs and concerns. She is amazing!!!

It’s always hard going to the dentist but today my dental hygienist was really great and made me feel very comfortable! I highly recommend Greater Dental!!
