Great Expressions Dental Centers - Sterling Heights Ortho

The treatment my daughter received today was excellent communication was clear. The plan was explained and she left happy with the service provided.

Can't say enough about these folks. They have been very instrumental in my children's dental care. Two of my children have had braces from them and when I tell you they absolutely go above and beyond to assist and make sure that you are taken care of would definitely be an understatement. They are caring, knowledgeable and very considerate folks. Thank you for EVERYTHING!!

I’ve been going here for years however there is a new receptionist there named Ashley that is VERY rude and disrespectful. She always seems to complicate things for whereas other receptionist are respectful and understanding. Whenever I call I ask to speak with someone else now because her negativity is excessive.

The doctors are great but the receptionists are very rude and change their policies everyday. My sons have 4pm appointments for their braces to get tightened. I get a phone call from the ortho office at 3:45 saying that they take their last appointment at 4pm and if they get there past 4 they are going to have to reschedule and I’m going to have to pay a $35 fee because they missed their appointment. I then call the ortho office back to let them know that my sons are stuck in traffic and would not make it until 4:03-4:04. The receptionist then goes on and on about they get there at 7am and they get off at 4. Now my son was told that they give at least a 5 minute grace period for being late which is fine. Please talk with you receptionist so they all can be on the same page

Very accommodating, very nice staff and the wait is never long. Great service
