Great Expressions Dental Centers - Naples

For my first time at Great Expressions, I was really impressed with how nice and helpful the whole staff was. Big shoutout to Serenity, she’s a real gem! And to the ladies in the front desk, you guys are amazing. Keep up the awesome job! You are the real definition of customer service. I truly felt valued. My only disappointment was the fact that I was unable to voice my concerns with the dentist. Because he didn’t spend enough time with me personally. But overall, this was an amazing experience! I would recommend to everyone to come!

I called in December to schedule a ROUTINE CLEANING for January. I got there only to have X-Rays taken and after about an hour, I was pulled to check out to go over the care plan, which included 8 different appointments and about $8,500 worth of dental work. The odd part is that of the 8 appointments, the cleanings are divided into two separate appointments upper right/lower right///upper left/lower left and just for the deep cleanings it would cost around 800 for both sides. I went there for a routine cleaning. I get that there is probably a process to this, but this should have been communicated a little better over the phone when I initially called. The staff and dentist are nice, but I am not a fan of the process.

The most kind and informative dentist I have met. Left my dentist of 3 years and came here. Dr Fidler walked me through some of the minor work I need and also guided me to the correct dental cleanings. I left his office with an estimate of the work I needed and the option to schedule what I wanted. Nothing was forced and I didn't feel like I was trying to be sold on anything. If you want a dentist who is in it for your well being not your wallet he is the guy. Serenity also did the best X-rays I've seen and took her time even though I was the last patient. So glad I made the switch to this office.

I had a small old filling on the inside of my front tooth fall out last night. I called the dentist this morning to make an appointment. I was told to come in at 9 am. I was in no pain and I didn't say I needed to be seen right away. When I got to the office I was told I had to pay an emergency appointment charge. I would have never come right in if I had known this. Then they insisted on taking an x-ray. Sure enough a filling fell out. They told me to go home and make another appointment. (Not an emergency) Their communication is terrible.

I highly recommend Dr. Fidler. I felt extremely comfortable with him and I've never felt comfortable with any other dentist before. He is not judgemental , compassionate and made this process easy and as painless as he could.
