Great Expressions Dental Centers - Monument

I would recommend this dental office for the quick appointment and job well done fixing a small chip in my tooth. I got home from work and bent down to say hey to my excited dog. He jumped up to kiss me, as I was bending down with my mouth open smiling and boom. Chipped tooth. I had to leave for a cruise the next day and needed it fixed immediately. I have never ever been to another dentist except the one in my hometown (2 hours away) so I was terrified to go elsewhere, but I was forced to do so with such little time on my hands. I called Great Expressions Dental and they were able to get me in first thing the next morning. They told me exactly what the hygienist would before I went back which put me at ease, then the dentist came to confirm how it would be fixed. They filled my front toot

The staff is amazing. Like a family there. So clean. Also, this dentist is honest. I've been to big dentistry where they lie to get your money. If you want a HONEST 2nd opinion, come here!

Have to say the front office staff and the dental assistant were all awesome. As far as the dentist, I was not impressed. A quick exam and was told that I needed to see a specialist. And when I asked if we could find one that used my insurance, he said that probably was not going to happen as specialist probably didn’t take my insurance….. maybe check with the patient to see if there’s something they can do in lieu of seeing the specialist that’s not Affordable Was told that he did not believe the history that I was giving him. No money to afford a specialist and was pretty much told he was done and then asked me to book a cleaning in the office where I don’t have a dentist. If I could give the staff a 10 and give him a zero, I would absolutely do that

I am a new patient, and had a great experience start to finish. Everyone is kind and welcoming. Thank you Dani, Crystal, Dr Dawley, and a special shout out to Angela! I had chatted with Angela a couple of times on the phone before my first appointment, so helpful. I recognized her voice when I arrived, and very happy to meet her in person.

The staff is very friendly and really puts you at ease. They explain everything before anything is done and make sure you completely satisfied before you leave the office. I would highly recommend this office.
