Great Expressions Dental Centers - Middletown North

So I'm guilty of not going to a dentist in a lot longer than I'd like to admit. They treated me quite well. Receptionist's were helpful and professional. Entire staff honestly was professional, friendly, non-judgmental and kind. They took excellent of me and I'm actually looking forward to going back. Also have a dental surgeon on staff. I recommend them to everyone in my labor union. Highly recommend.

I have to say this place is wonderful, specially now that I know Kate is working here. If you're looking for a welcoming professional caring friendly person just ask for Kate!! She's the best!! Christina is also such a professional friendly caring in charge and ready to fix any problems. I hope this place takes recognition on how hard it is to find great help, hope they recognize these 2 ladies. You need a great dentist Dr. Bhatty is the best!! Thanks for the care!!

I originally received a filling from a separate dr at this location & that wasn’t very pleasant… However today I went back for an extraction with Dr . Gregory Kass with a totally different experience he is a true professional & expert at his craft the numbing was fast & effective immediately & the extraction took less than 5 minutes to remove .. instantly I felt relieved thanks to Dr Kass for this nervous system reset by removing this tooth with ease being professional , efficient, effective & Easygoing Thank you very much

I would never recommend this establishment after my experience as a potential new client. On November 25th 2025, I called to make two appointments for a dental cleaning and to address an issue with my wisdom teeth. I explained to the receptionist that I was in increasing pain but understood that the soonest appointment was December 31st at 4:30pm. Friday 12/26/25 I received a confirmation text message for my appointment as showed in the imagines below. Today 12/31/25 I arrive to my appointment relived to be able to have my aching wisdom teeth issue looked at. The doors were locked but I could see the reception staff inside. I called the Great Expressions phone number while standing outside at 04:28pm. The receptionist that picked up told me that they had closed at 4:00pm today. She stated

Unfortunately, my expectations were not met today. The Dental lab dropped the ball and did not complete the task correctly and satisfactory on my partials/ dentures. Both lower and upper did not fit correctly and they were returned to them to recreate new ones. My dentist remained professional and apologized for their mishap and had no hand in this error and inconvenience. I requested a expedited replacement on the second pair since they screwed up the first pair. Hopefully, they'll grant my wish but I'll see if they put a smile on my face by granting my request.
