Great Expressions Dental Centers - Middletown

We had such a wonderful experience today at this location. The woman at the front desk her name was dawn. She was absolutely phenomenal when above and beyond to ensure that our appointment went smoothly and got us in as quick as possible. The assistant in the back, Griselda she was sensational, so caring patient understanding did everything possible to make my child comfortable throughout the process. I would highly recommend this Office.

Dawn at the front desk was absolutely amazing from the very beginning. Even though they were booked out until February, one of my children was experiencing tooth pain and Dawn went above and beyond to get her an appointment the very next day. When we arrived, there were a few cancellations, and she worked her magic to get all three of my kids seen, which was such a relief. The hygienists were wonderful with the kids—kind, patient, and reassuring. One of my children is on the spectrum and wasn’t able to complete a full exam and diagnosis, but the staff was very understanding and took the time to provide me with helpful options and referrals to places where she could be better accommodated. *Dr. Scott Peters NOT CHILD FRIENDLY* This was only my second visit to this office, and it will be my last, all because of Dr. Scott Peters. I came here to write a review and realized this should have been my first stop before ever making an appointment. It is clear this man lacks temper control, a sentiment echoed in several previous reviews from other parents. My 8 yr old daughter came in for fillings and was given nitrous oxide to keep her calm during the procedure. She was an absolute gem of a patient and did excellent. Everything was fine until Dr. Peters removed the equipment and told us to come back in six months for a cleaning. Dr. Glenn is amazing! He is caring and understanding of children with Autism and ADHD. His assistant Liz Bel is wonderful! She made my child feel so safe and calm. Would definitely recommend Dr. Glenn to any parent!

I usually go out to Great Expression‘s in Middletown, New York every 3 to 4 months for a cleaning. My hygienist name is Liz and she is top-notch. I am not the easiest patient but she’s very gentle, very thorough and very professional.
