Great Expressions Dental Centers - Kennesaw

Had a great visit today with hygienists Ai and Jacob, and Dentist Dr. Jenkins. Everyone was very personable and my cleaning was pain free. This is my regular dental office but first time leaving a review- the team today worked very well together and I was pleased with my treatment plan. Also a shout out to everyone working the desk in the front of the office and at billing, they are always so nice no matter what time of day it is.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Great Expressions in Kennesaw, GA. As someone who had a lot of anxiety surrounding dental care, they were very understanding, comforting, and helpful. Dr. Jamar Mckay is very professional, kind, and thorough in is work! I’m am so glad to have found a dentist I actually enjoy going to! The staff is always friendly and enjoyable to interact with, especially Stacy! Although I did have to get a root canal, the experience was totally pain free and easy to navigate with Dr Bachour and her staff. I have also had very pleasant cleaning with the dental hygienist, Jennifer. They are clear about what needs to be done, pricing, and scheduling. I would recommend my friends and family to Dr. Jamar Mckay and his staff for any of their dental needs!

Not sure how to write this was Previous patient from a cleaning last July my insurance covered the entire visit through medicaid. Now this year I get a call from Olivia for confirmation of my appointment coming up glad I ask questions before hand finding out they no longer take medicaid thought I would be comfortable paying $300 out of pocket for an okay cleaning. I never had experience such rude and unprofessional behavior like olivia simply doesnt care doesnt wanna be there very poor demeanor with her attitude towards me and every questions I ask her and quickly hung up on me. If management would like to listen to the pre recorded line around 10am you will know what I mean Olivia should not be working there with such rudeness I would highly recommend choosing another facility for your de

I was warmly welcomed and didnt wait long before someone came to usher me back to the treatment area. The services were well explained and carried out. Those who tended to me were very courteous & pleasant! I was very pleased with my appt.

This place has horrible customer service. I called to schedule an appointment for both my daughter and I. When I called I stated that my daughter might need an ortho appt. The woman on the line decided it was best to transfer me. Ortho never picked up so I decided to call back but all my calls were ignored after that. I proceed to schedule two appointments online since I have already been seen by a great expression office in Florida. I arrived at the date and time of yhe appointment only to be told that neither my daughter or I had appointments. They then proceed to attempt to see if the had room for us but it of course be a wait. I was never seen and my daughter was able to get an exam 20mins after the time we had originally scheduled. Never again.
