Great Expressions Dental Centers - Jonesboro

I had a great experience in the beginning until it was time for me to get my cleaning. The hygienist had time to do a root canal, but didn't have time to do my cleaning. I decline the root canal until a future time because I wanted to get my cleaning first. They reschedule my appointment twice this year just for me to come in last Friday and waste my time. They said they would reschedule my cleaning, but the lady at the front desk didn't even bother to reschedule it and told me I was good to go. No follow up call, no NOTHING!!! Y'all reschedule my appointment from the March 13th to March 6th @ 9am just for me to drive to the location for X-rays. If you knew you couldn't get my cleaning in the same day as my X-rays, why waste my time and gas traveling to Jonesboro just for some X-rays?! No

Awesome experience. Explained what they were going to do in advance. Very thorough in the cleaning. My teeth were very clean when they finished. I give them an A++

Chelsea the hygienist was absolutely amazing, very patient, had thorough explanations, gave options couples with expert advise and her service includes a warm smile & caring tone of voice. She provided excellent custom service & patient care KUDOS to her!

Just the right amount of patience and safety first for the client. Environment was clean and 1st impressions were neat and tidy. The reception was warm an approachable.

I was so nervous to get my dental work done at great expressions! But I had a very pleasant experience afterall. Dr. Bryant is a great dentist and definitely a girls girl. You can tell dentistry is her passion by the level of care & customer service she provides. She’s efficient and she explains things clearly enough so you understand what’s happening, but not so much that you feel overwhelmed or anxious about the procedure. Even the way she communicates with her team… You can tell she treats them with respect and that they have a lot of respect for her. Its created a very positive, supportive atmosphere in the office from the outside looking in. From front desk to medical staff, everybody did a Great job! :)
