The staff is absolutely amazing! I've never felt more at home!!!! It brings me to tears how amazing this place is! I drive over hour and I'd drive even longer if it meant I got the welcoming , comforting care this practice gives!!! I'd recommend this place to any and everyone! I had an amazing experience at Great Expressions Dental Centers – Jacksonville Southpoint with Dr. Khan and the entire team. This was my first visit, and I’m genuinely impressed. Dr. Khan is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. He walked me through everything in detail, explained what was best covered under my insurance, and made sure I understood every step. You can tell he really cares about his patients. The staff was just as great. Faith handled all my appointment details and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Robin, who did my X-rays, was patient, friendly, and great to work with. I came in nervous, especially knowing a root canal might be needed, but they took the time to deep-dive into my case, show me exactly what was going on, and help me make the right decisions

Staff is very kind and helpful in answering any questions. Fast, they don't keep you waiting for eternity, was always brought back within 5mins of my appointment. Good work, the staff is gentle and careful and do good work without putting too much stress on you.

Absolute best experience ever at the dentist. The whole staff, Faith at the front desk, the assistant Robin who got me settled in and took x-rays, and Dr. Khan, everyone was very professional and polite. If you need a dental office where they take care of you and actually care about your dental health this is definitely the right place.

I arrived at Great Expressions Dentist and as I was filling out t information sheet I realized I had gone to this dentist before on Southside Blvd. in Jacksonville before. And they were very nice and friendly and very attentive to me, so I knew right away I was in good hands. Everyone was very friendly and nice to me. Even when the dental Assistant took my X-rays she was apologetic and said "she would try to be gentle" It is a very nice place to go to get your teeth taken care of. The Dentist was very nice and he even gave me options for my dental work, which I thought was worth it.
