Made an appointment for 1:00, arrived at 12:40 and despite handing in the new patient paperwork by 1:10. I was not called back until almost 2:30, an hour and a half past my appointment time. The dental hygienist then pressured me into immediately making a decision on saving or removing my damaged tooth and when I asked would not give me any real pros or cons comparison between the options and despite the dentist himself coming in all he said was that they don't know how much a root canal would be since endodontist do those and left. Extremely disappointed by the service but the receptionist was nice and gave more information on the procedures then the actual doctors.

I have been going here taking my grandson for 6 years and they decided that oh he was late 1 time that we're just going to send him to baymeadows road when actuality. He has never been late. I have never taken him late. I either the canceled or rescheduled and in the 6 years that he was going there one lady at the front desk a Caucasian, who the ENTIRE TIME I was asking THE MANAGER who was on the phone the day before and saying the were closed or had left never OPENED her mouth just let me go on then after me being there for about 45 minutes she opened her bucket mouth sorry but no thank you now ...lady decided that she was going to move him to the baymeadows because he was reschedule six different times but she put in the file that he was late. The staff here is all very friendly!! My nephew is Austic and they did a wonderful job with him. Thank you to all the friendly staff and Dr's. My buddy is good for another 6 months. 3 and a half years old and no sign of any cavities!! They said keep up what you are doing! He got some toys and was happy. Thank you to you all!

I got a few fillings and normally I’m anxious about the shots to numb your mouth but they did amazing. Almost didn’t feel any of them. And what I did feel wasn’t nearly as bad as other places I’ve been to. I had an amazing experience!

Gentle, not a really long wait. They have this new technology where they scan your teeth like normal X-rays but you scan this QR code & click to open & all the X-rays there along with where I have can view all X-rays, see gum loss, it shows every cavity etc.. so I went bc I broke a back molar & a cleaning & needed a crown on the broken tooth.. So they gave me my estimate. At first I thought I read it wrong! So I thought it was that & I told them I don’t have $1200 for a crown.. she said, “No Maam” your crown is only $188.00 with my insurance . If God ain’t great, I don’t know what to tell u!!
