Great Expressions Dental Centers - Hapeville

When I walked in the door I knew that my visit was going to be different! I’d been served at a different location and was never pleased at any time…I intentionally searched for a different location in a different area of town. I made the best choice with the Hapeville location. The facility is beautiful and extremely clean. The front staff is professional, friendly and welcoming. The hygienist was gentle and thorough with a very pleasant personality. The dentist is professional, pleasant and offered a dental plan to address my needs. I highly recommend the Hapeville location!

Wow, very disappointing experience today. Ive been a patient for the last two years. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for a painful impacted wisdom tooth. Unfortunately, I made a mistake thinking my appointment was at 2:30 and I arrived at 2:15. When I walked in, I greeted the receptionist who didn’t respond and just asked for my last name. After telling her, she said I’ll have to see if they’ll still see you because you’re late your appointment was at 2. I explained that I truthfully thought it was at 2:30 and with no response she got up and walked to the back. Came back and said you have to reschedule because you were late. No empathy or anything. No one would take off work to intentionally get to an emergency appointment late! Poor customer service. Empathy goes a long way.
