second visit, and I’m so so happy with the experience. The first visit was with their specialist, and I felt so at ease. Normally, I’m quite anxious about dental visits due to past negative experiences, but this time was different. The dental hygienist was amazing, and the rapport between the hygienist and the dentist really put me at ease. Today, I had another wonderful experience with but with a different dentist who also provided excellent care and really listened to my concerns and found solutions. They were thorough, kind, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Also, Diamond at the front desk was so warm, welcoming, and an overall delight which made a big difference in my overall experience. Highly recommend.

Dr. Marijana Glavinic is the best dentist I’ve ever dealt with. Her attention to detail was very appreciated. She was not giving up until I was completely satisfied, and I totally am. Consider myself very lucky to be under her care. Her assistant, Marcel, was also a pleasure to deal with. He completely educated me and guided me through my lengthy procedure. He definitely made things a lot easier and less painful than they may have been without his guidance. The office manager, Maria, and her receptionist, Diamond, were also always a pleasure to deal with. They always did their best to fit me in the schedule on the shortest notice, and sent me text message reminders that made it very easy to schedule in my iPhone calendar. The lady on the phone/front desk needs a new job because her attitude is wild. We called to confirm my daughter’s appointment today because I never got a confirmation text. And she picked up reprimanding me for calling “the minute we opened” and then confirms my daughter’s appointment is in fact on the schedule for today. And then says the pediatric dentist doesn’t work today and we have to reschedule. Why did I have to call to find out? Why didn’t someone reschedule my appointment? Why am i being talked to like an idiot for trying to avoid coming in and finding out after driving there? Like clearly I was right to call. If I showed up they would have told me there’s no dentist for my daughter’s scheduled pediatric dental appointment. Just overall no reason to talk to people in this manner.

Absolutely will not be going back I spent probably more than a half hour waiting for the hygienist after the dental assistant came in and took X-rays. Then when the hygienist finally did come in, she was very rude and unfriendly. She kept getting frustrated that I wasn’t opening my mouth wide enough or turning my head far enough. It’s not easy to keep your mouth wide open for that long. When I saw the dentist (Dr. Lilly), she was much kinder and more friendly, but my experience with her lasted all of like 2 minutes. She just quickly skimmed my teeth and hardly did anything Totally would not recommend to anyone

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. Diamond at the front desk was amazing — welcoming, helpful, and very pleasant from the moment I walked in. Dr. Lily was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit.
