Arrived there for a routine cleaning today and the staff was incredibly nice. They said I didn’t have insurance so I called my insurance company and they called my insurance company and got my insurance information when getting my explanation of benefits, my dental insurance company told me and the office that there was no co-pay on routine cleanings two times a year. They were the benefits of my plan that I pay for on each paycheck. Before realizing that they were trying to charge me a $10 co-pay for something covered by insurance, I scheduled two, one for a filling, and one for another routine cleaning six months from now. I had to get some fillings today & the dentist & assistant were both so sweet & helpful! They make sure you are as comfortable as possible & they worked fast & got me out of there in good time. Would definitely recommend this office!

Took my son (10) for his annual exam and cleaning and the first year, I was able to go back with him and this year I was not. My feelings were dismissed, and when I explained my son was nervous about going alone they didn't care, didn't respond, nothing. Also it's extremely hot, I get its winter but my son, who is only 60lbs was sweating... And the wait is ALWAYS so long and they almost NEVER answer the phones. I have to call through the adult side to get any help. My daughter's tooth chipped while she was ice skating, and it was two days before her birthday. I was in a rush, and in the city we were living in, I couldn’t find an adequate appointment. I found this clinic in the insurance directory. The front desk was responsive, and the doctors were warm and easygoing. Even though it was almost the last appointment, she completed the filling, and you can’t see the difference. It is precisely and beautifully done. Appreciate the entire team.

Today I had a new dental hygienist. She was very professional and followed the proper sanitizing protocol. (In my experience I've seen some hygienist keep the same gloves on while they touch cabinets lights etc.) I really appreciate not having to ask for a change of gloves before touching my mouth. The office staff are pleasant and very knowledgeable & helpful. I recommend this office!!
