This office used to feel small, personal, and family-owned, which is why I trusted them and recommended them to multiple people. It also used to be very difficult to get an appointment, which spoke to how in-demand they were. Recently, that has changed. There are now plenty of open appointments, and you can easily book through Zocdoc, which further reflects how different the practice feels now. I want to be very clear that I truly LOVE Dr. DeLoach and Dr. Sherrill. They are both excellent at what they do, kind, and knowledgeable, which makes this shift even more disappointing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I had a very disappointing experience at Great Expressions. Before my appointment, I was very clear that I only wanted procedures that were fully covered by my insurance. I specifically stated multiple times that I did not want to agree to anything outside of coverage. During the visit, they told me I “needed” a deep cleaning and said it would be an additional $80. I agreed to that — and only that. However, I was later billed $700. That was absolutely not what I consented to. What’s even more frustrating is that the so-called “deep cleaning” was no different than the regular cleanings I’ve received for years from my previous dentist back home in South Georgia. There was no noticeable difference in time, technique, or care that justified the extra charge — let alo

My wife and I are now former patients. In our last two visits the hygienist diagnosed periodontal disease and tried to pressure sell us on expensive deep cleaning. Dr DeLoach was not consulted and I did not get an exam from her. My wife just had an appointment with another dentist and had no disease. They pressured me into doing xrays when I went in to have a cap glued back on. It was unnecessary and cost me 350. The last visit they tried pressuring me into a 700 periodontal treatment. The last two cleanings were done poorly and felt like they did nothing. They are scamming patients with the pressure sales on unnecessary additional treatments and providing poor cleaning. Stay away.

I couldn't ask for the best orthodontic than Dr. Sherrill. Today,my son have his braces on. It took me 2 years to finally find the right orthodontic that my son is comfortable.from the first time we saw her, it fits like a glove right away with my son. So here we are today braces on. From the the staffs to Dr. Sherrill thank you for making my son comfortable. Would definitely spread the words.
