Grayslake Orthodontics has been a great experience overall. The staff is friendly, the office is clean, and Dr. takes time to explain everything clearly. We’ve seen great progress and are happy with the results. Just a small issue with occasional wait times, but otherwise highly recommended!

I had severe pain that I just couldn't deal with. I called after getting a referral from redwing, I was so happy they got me in the same day and was able to guide me through the financial process easily and were able to do the work all in the same appt. Ive never had a root canal go so smoothly before !! Worthy of every penny it costed. Five stars across the board starting the moment I walked in the door!!! Receptionist, nurses, doctor, very nice, caring and professional! The office: so clean, peaceful and well kept !! Best orthodontic office I HAVE EVER BEEN TO !!!

Dr Ben and all of his staff were AMAZING! They did a great job with my son and his braces plus all of the bells and whistles including after care! I would recommend them again and again!

Dr. Ben is very knowledgeable and can easily explain the treatment options and how they work. He is invested in each and every one of his patients. He is great with kids (and adults of course). The orthodontic assistants are well trained and do a good job ensuring you get the best care possible. The office staff is kind and always ready to help you out. I was recommended to G.O. by my dentist and I would absolutely recommend G.O. to a friend. My smile turned out perfectly. Smile, you're in good hands at Grayslake Orthodontics! 😀

We have had three kids go through the office for their braces and it has been a great experience every time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They always ask about things going in the kids lives and they are very kind. All of the kids teeth have turned out beautifully and we have been very happy! I recommend Dr Ben and his office to all of my friends!
