G & G Family Dental Care

I've been using G & G for 17 years. I still use them despite having moved to Chicago. They get to know you and do great work, from Kristy at the front desk, to Dr G. and all the staff in between. 100% recommend!

If I could give zero reviews I would. My brother comes here and he had a really uncomfortable experience here. His dental hygienist asked him inappropriate questions about his religion and when someone is working on your teeth how are you supposed to respond.

I want to start with the positive. The staff is incredible. Honestly they are the only reason I went back after what Mr. G said to me. I have extremely high anxiety and it’s even worse when it comes to the dentist. It took me 10 years to muster up the courage to make an appointment. Everyone I dealt with on my first visit before Mr G was incredible. However Mr G came in at the end of my visit and after talking to him I went into my car and cried. Not because he gave me bad news but because he made a very insensitive comment to me about my teeth but did not offer any actual solutions. The worst part is that when I was meeting with him I could hear Mrs. G in the next room with a patient and she sounded so caring, reassuring, and kind. Today was the first time that I experienced GG family dental Dr Yaroslaz Dentist Kristy Office Manager Ashlyn Dental assistant Front Desk Gem and Anna Dental Assistant s The Whole Staff Went above and beyond anything that I could ever imagine. Their customer service skills are extraordinary. I am certainly glad that I found GNG family dental Care. It was such a pleasant experience.
